I am always amazed at how fast bucks can shed and have their antlers cleaned up. First pic is sept 3rd, second is sept 5th. This guy was a little nine point last year and I am 99% sure he is a 3 1/2 this year. One or two more years and he will be a shooter.
I dont know if the splits will go deeper or not. I hunted what I think was his dad for a couple years, a friend of mine ended up killing him. He had similar forks and was on the same farm. His never got any deeper and he was at least 5 1/2. This was him.
