Well after logging 100 hours in my double bull I finally put the last one for the season in the hurt locker on Firday the 14th. Wasn't real heavy but had a 11 inch beard and 1.25 hooks... I love em. I am happy to put this season to rest. I have enjoyed the time in the blind and learned a lot. The ups and downs of bowhunting turkeys is something I just can't get enough of. Just when you think nothing is going right everything falls into place...I think Rudd use to have a great signature and that was go a field with the right attitude and good things will happen. I hope the rest of you had a great experience this season. Even though it is nice to get your bird it is better to have the opportunity to enjoy the outdoors! My sleep deprivation is kicking in so I will wrap this up... Goose stompin is only three and a half short months away! Then it is time to get after the whitetails! Nap time!

You put a whole new meaning into tearing that backside up.......did you shoot him in the butt? Nice bird Limb and awesome way to end up the season.....

P.S. Last bird I shot that had that many tail feathers missing did a 2 minute flop down a steep hill after I shot him. Although there wasn't a blood trail, following the trail of feathers was a piece of cake

100 hours in the blind, man your dedicated. I dont even think I put in 20 hours total this year. TOO much going on with around here. Like you I cant wait to get back into the tree stand. I think its gonna be a good year!

This bird had a full fan when he came in... We didn't quite see eye to eye after the shot and an all out brawl ensued... The one hangin on the post lost...
