Another crossbow question???

Is there established regulation on the transport of a crossbow?

1. Can the crossbow be transported drawn?
2. Do they need to be cased?

I honestly don't know the answer. Does a compound bow need to be cased for transport? Again I don't know and saw nothing about in the regulations. Does it help to have a permit to carry weapons?

I have CCP and if I choose to pack a cross bow that day, I believe it can be drawn and loaded. I don't see why it couldn't be.

But without a CCP, I would think it would be the extact same. Is there a law on transporting a compound? I keep mine in a hard case while in transportation.
