Another one: NR LO tags
As I read the bill there are three things that jump out at me. First is I thought NR landowners were guaranteed an antlerless tag already so I don’t know how this differs from that rule. Second is the tag is good for shotgun only. Third is the term “non resident landowner” makes a return in this bill instead of HF 390 which goes to lengths to make no differentiation between landowners, resident or non.
