I read an article about a law suit in an western state brought by Outfitters and Leaseholders that was heard in state supreme court .
this was about the nonres hunting lic. fees were unconstutional when they were higher than res fees. the State court agreed with the Outfitters/Leaseors. the State DNR took it to the Supreme Court and they refused to hear it
