Bart Schleyer/Paul Schafer Bow on ebay

For all of you traditional archery buffs there is an auction on ebay for the bow Paul Schafer had built for Bart Scheyler. It's a 91# @ 28" longbow from Marriah bows. Marriah also donated a new longbow to the highest bidder in case Bart's bow is too heavy or they just want to keep it as a piece of history. The item number on ebay is 7228501685. The auction ends next Tuesday and the proceeds go to Bart's son.

91# @ 28", my elbow aches just thinking about that.

Schleyer was quite the guy, I hope the auction goes well.

They had the bow at the Wensel's booth at the deer classic...one nice piece of equiptment. As for the poundage of the bow....wow.
