Personally, I think the stand the blind is put on is just as important as the blind itself.
I laugh my ass of driving around and seeing 4000.00$ blinds sitting on top of a structure that is off kilter ( not level) waiting for a wind to come and blow it over. See it quite often.
I've built lots of blinds. They are level, sunk into the ground 3' with concrete.
Rock solid, bug proof, scent proof ,QUITE, ,and will last MANY years.
Nope, not portable but perfect if in the perfect location.
You hunt out of a manufactured blind (especially in cold weather) on a calm day long enough, it's gonna cost you.
