SF 2324 (formerly SSB 3129) - Land Acquisition Restrictions (O) - This bill restricts the acquisition of real property by the Department of Natural Resources. The bill authorizes the DNR to only acquire property through willing donors and sellers. The Department also shall not acquire property from a nonprofit that acquired property in a competitive manner, including at an auction. On Senate debate calendar
