Blind Question

I am going to be taking my 12 year old son out shotgun season for his first time this year. He has a problem with sitting still for long periods of time, so I thought about sitting in my blind.
I can't find anything that says it is illegal to hunt from a blind, but I am a little cautious about the safety. We are on private property, but it seems some people don't alway respect that. So my question is would you put orange somewhere on the outside of the blind so that someone can identify that something is there?

Thanks

Definitely need visible orange in my opinion. Otherwise you would be invisible to a shooter's background. Have fun.

Liven the area up with a lot of orange. Better safe than sorry. If you still have slugs come past you, send a couple back in retaliation.
