When I take my dogs hunting and they get tired of walking, they tend to walk behind me. When they're tired of walking, that means they've been out awhile. Being out awhile in the winter, they usually get cold. And when they get cold, they tend to "hunch" up or get in an uncomfortable looking position. I'm sure it happens to most dogs.
