Bowfishing ?????

I have found a gray area for bowfishing and cannot find any law that clarifies. What is legal for arrowed fish? :

Throw them back in the lake/river?

Take them out and dispose of elsewhere?

I think either way it is benificial to thin out the Carp/ Gar. Either way some scavenger will eat the fish. Signs at the river say to either keep fish or return them to the water. Advise welcome...

non-game, or rough fish...gar, carp, buffalo..etc.

any fish killed should most definately be hauled out with you

I always take them all. Great coon and coyote bait for the winter.
