I wrote this paper for school a year or so ago. Does it get you guys ready for bow season or have you all been ready for a while like me?

Bow hunting, there's absolutely nothing like it. Waking at 4 in the morning looking forward to nothing but the long walk into the morning woods. Bow hunting takes practice, patience, perseverance, and dedication. It can put you on your feet jumping with joy one moment and send your veins pulsing with anger the next. Seasons of numbing cold, blazing heat, throbbing muscles, endless hikes, and countless frustrations all become worthwhile in one glorious, heart-stopping second. After you vanish into nature's shadows, your heart races as you see a buck with a rut-swollen neck and polished antlers from extensive rubbing rush into your call. After all, sitting, waiting for hours upon hours on end for the perfect moment to deliver a broad-head tipped arrow to an exact hair behind your buck's massive shoulders is the main quest in a bow hunter's hunt. Another goal is to see a majestic animal so close you can see his rippling muscles, hear his breathing, smell his musky glands, feel his presence and it seems that all it takes to spook him is the blink of an eye. And then, the pulse-pounding moment comes as you feel your razor- sharp arrow slip away from your fingers. In the end, it all adds up to one well placed arrow when bow hunting.
