Bucks in the Bean Fields

We've been spraying for aphids and been jumping some nice bucks. Over about three hundred acres of beans we've seen 8 different bucks. They've been paired up too. We damn near run them over before they get up. The bean fields must be cooler for them or something. Its funny that we've only jumped bucks and not one doe. I've seen all kinds of does and fawns along the roads but no bucks. Maybe this explains it.

We have been watching several bachler groups in the beans. I couldn't say if some of them are bedding there or not but have watched several of these deer move out into the beans from other cover. The boys are definately hanging together.
