Clover Cutting Height?

Had a neighbor, retired farmer, cut my clover the other day. I have heard on here that a good height is 8 inches or so. Saw he cut it real short. Like the clover stems have few leaves left on the,,short! Will it come back? With all the rain hope it will. Would a little low nitrogen fert help ?

You bet! I have an Alice white clover plot in my lawn (heyyy...why not?? /forum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/grin.gif )

Mow it right to the ground every week and it's doing just fine!
