I had history with this guy through out bow season I'd see him sitting in the creek in the same area when walking out of the stand.. I was curious if he'd still be there and sure enough he was. Shot him in the skull at an angle and didn't get enough penetration for the arrow to stay in so I had to retrieve him luckily I snagged his gill plate with a barb on the arrow.

First fish of 2013. Excited for it to start picking up.

Out of a blind haha.. I probably could have shot him from the stand if I wasn't worried about the line getting snagged up.
