Our first go at hunting videos. used minimal equipment this year and still managed to get some decent shots! they had to be less than 5 minutes because we are in the Collegiate Hunting Series otherwise we would have longer videos. We also had to include school work as well as work in the video to show how we managed to still be able to hunt. Next year we will be running a Canon Rebel, 3 go pros, a Sony Handicam, a Canon Vixia R500 and a Spy Point excel cam as well! please like and subscribe to our youtube page as well! Any imput on them good or bad is appreciated! so let me hear it!

1) Waterfowl Video: North Dakota https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7M24_Veh9Dk

2) Bowhunting: Public land Iowa and private land in North Dakota, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B2wLIKWU1gY

3) Gun Video: Fox kill, few pigeons, and Austins giant late muzzleloader buck in Iowa! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6bQdk5BLVVc

Cool videos, good work.

I admit that I laughed at the "We also had to include school work as well as work in the video to show how we managed to still be able to hunt". I remember being in college (playing college sports, going to class and working at an internship all at the same time) and still having way more free time than I do now. If you ever want to get rid of your free time just have a few kids, you will no longer worry about dealing with that pesky free time.

(*disclaimer -- I love my kids and wouldn't trade them for all the free time in the world*) :)

Nice! Your video got me thinking about drones. I know it has been in the paper a lot about farmers using them to assess crop/weeds/etc and the involvement of the FAA.

I'm waiting for the first person to tell me they are trying to locate deer with drones (I think that would be against the law, but I am sure someone will try it at some point?!)

FLINTLOCK?!?!?! AAWWEEEESOOOOMMEEEEE

They just passed a law here in Michigan to make it illegal to use a drone to hunt animals or scout animals. Within that law it as also made illegal to use a drone to harass hunters.

Thanks everyone! And yeah, the drones were the best part of class. There are so many stipulations about being able to use them though it is ridiculous!
