Anyone catch the WHO radio show with Gov. Branstad last night? A landowner/farmer called in complaining about DNR using drones to spy on hunters. Then deer numbers and referred to them as "varmints" and "mice". Wants deer numbers managed like the 1960's when there were very few. Of course Branstad agreed that he believes there are too many deer and wants more aggressive herd reduction.
Perhaps this concerned landowner/farmer should allow hunting on his property. That would solve the problem. If not, then myself and 2 boys would be happy to help reduce his alleged deer problem!
