Well my friends, it appears that SSB 1147 is going on for further discussion. I encourage everyone to contact their state reps & senators and let them know how you feel about this bill.

Scroll down the page to Find a Bill: then click on By Bill Number
In the Quick Find box type in ssb1147 and hit the Enter key on your computer.

At the top of the page is List of all Legislators just click on their names for their email address or phone number.
If you are not sure what to say to them please check around on this site for some different opinions. Perhaps you will find a post that is exactly what you wish to convey to your legislators. If so, just cut & paste the information into an email and send it.
