That's a scam dude! The car dealers pull all sorts of these tricks to bring attention to cars. Started with balloons, then inflated moving guys, pony rides, now they let bucks go around the cars.
Ha ha. That's awesome dude. That's maybe 10 mins from me. Pretty cool.
