Has anyone had any dealings with Diamond Bow's Service? I had a problem with my buss cable. I sent an e-mail to the service department, got a response, had a few e-mails sent back in forth. In the end, they said they would send a buss cable to my local dealer, and a hat to me for my trouble, but now it has been almost four weeks since our last correspondence. I have sent e-mails that go un-answered.
