Digging up some Concordia Oaks tomorrow!!

Acorns seem hit or miss....mostly miss in my experience. Hopefully the trees I have will really start dropping the corns in 2-3 years.

Right now, there r just not enough to share on a large scale.

Bummer wouldnt mind getting a couple of these trees

Yeah they r available sometimes thru MDC or City of Concordia. MDC grew them last I was aware, but who knows where the next place to get them will be.

Graft much? That opens up a lot of options to try them on say swamp white oak rootstock or bur oak.

MDC Nursery sells them in the Spring, I bought some the past 2 years. If they are not listed online, call and ask and they usually have them.

That setup looks sweet! I've thought about using a rootmakers bag to do the same thing, but that system is much cleaner.

Anyone that wants them, I'd call the MDC as they start pulling in November to store for spring shipping....they will know now if they r going to have any.
