This morning's DM Reg. laid out how the DNR is spending $500,000 in license increases to help pheasant and quail numbers. Declining CRP may have played into the drop, but they managed to change the WEATHER this past winter and spring without spending our money. Lets give them more money and ask for 60 or 70 degrees all year around. The one thing they did right: involving Pheasants Forever! JMHO, but the DNR rolled out the bandwagon, and people dove right on. "It's for the children!" I must be heartless.
