Poor starvin critters just tryin to get by on nasty ole grass

Got some real poor clay spots that never grow much anyway so I worked it up.

Hauled in composted cow manure

Shoveled it out about 10-12" deep

Tilled it all in nice and purty < /forum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/smile.gif

Broadcast some oats, packed it, broadcast White Clover, repacked it and then dragged and old bedsprings over it

Now a little rain would be nice (or else I'm getting out the lawn sprinkler /forum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/grin.gif)

Personally I think most of our wives must be pretty numb to all of this by now. I just don't like it when a bunch of them get together and start comparing behavior notes. It makes me want to head for the door.

I used Welter's White Clover treated with Apron. Looking good so far.
