Dog in Pain

I have a 7 year old CBR who has always been in fairly good health. Lately he's been getting up slower and having a harder time walking. Yesterday and this morning he has been limping very badly and apears to be in pain. Not putting much presure at all on one leg. I'm going to get him into the vet as soon as i can but was wondering what i can give him for pain untill then. He seems misserable. Any advise would be appreciated. Thanks guys.

I'm pretty sure you can give dogs baby aspirin. Good luck, I wish you guys the best.

Rymadil would be the best if you have any! Other than that you can give them buffered aspirin. Ascriptin is a good buffered aspirin that you can get at the local grocery store.
