If you're thinking about a new blind I am telling you buy a Doublebull. Their customer service second to none! I lost my strap and tore the bag some how. I called expecting to have to pay to replace these things. Not the case at all. They are shipping them to me free of charge. You've heard many of these testimonies of their service but I want to make sure you heard it from me.

Ditto to what ironwood said. I broke my strap this year and they sent me a new one free of charge. Twice I've had a hub brake due to heavy snow or ice and both times they've sent me all of the parts needed and a few extra in case it happens again. These guys have customer service down to an art form.

i had the strap tear out of my blind bag and they sent me the new upgraded carrying bag. it's quieter and has the wrap around style carrying strap. got it 4 days after i contacted them...free.
