ESPN Great Outdoor Games

Just wanted to let everyone know that the EPSN Great Outdoor Games will be featuring the 3D archery Tournament this Sunday on ABC between 2:00 and 4:30. I know that there are some Iowans that were shooting in this tournament such as Laverne Woock, (Owner of Delta Targets). Set your VCR's or TIVO's. Kind of nice to see archery on main stream tv for a change.

Team Hoyt USA Pro Staffer Randy Hendrix just won his 3rd gold medal in 4 years...

Also it was nice to see Olympic Gold Medalist Rod White promoting the National Archery in School Program on National T.V. This is something the IBA is currently working on, and will be starting up this fall.

He did make some good shots in the stretch.Endicott looked like he had it at first but I think the pressure of being up against Hendrix got to him.
Nice to see a Mathews in there too though.I like Hoyt bows but I lean towards the Mathews.
Congratulations to Hendrix on his third gold medal.
