European plaque

I have a seen a plaque that is on a swivel that is used for european mounts. I remember even visiting the website a couple years ago. They have some different plaques like an arrowhead etc. I remember they had one that is the state of Iowa. The plaques were black. I want to get one of the ones that is the state of Iowa. I looked on google, but can't find the website. If anyone knows what I am talking about/the site to order one please reply.

Thanks Kelcher, that is very similiar to it. The one that I have in my head though had the skull mounted out on a swivel so that you could move it to get different angles and stuff. Anyone know what I am talking about?
