Anyone on here film with a manfrotto 504 fluid head?

Not a 504--that's a nice one, but a couple other, less expensive MF fluid heads

I use a 701 and it has always seemed a little sticky and noisy.

Yea I use a 701 but looking at making the jump up. I know its comparative in size to a 501 but just wondering if its too much.

I guess that depends on your videocameras weight, and what the 504 is rated for.

Probably be too much for what your looking for...and also twice the price of a 501 =/ Ill be sticking with my 701's
