What a weekend Bow Jangles and I had chasing some Missouri long beards! Actually, we didn't have to do much chasing, they pretty much kept coming to us all weekend. Friday was the opener for us so we were definitely chompin' at the bit to get out. We setup in the dark on a property we'd never hunted before and once the sun broke the horizon, we were surrounded by birds and I was able to harvest my first long beard with a bow at 4 YARDS and on film.
