$300 / 17 cases of beer later, we're finally done! It took the 4 of us 3days to process approx 300 lbs of meat. We made ring bologna, sticks, & jerky. I think we probably ate a good 25lbs testing each batch as they came out of the smoker.
Another season has passed. But don't get me wrong... there are still plenty of Does to be whacked and donated to Hush.
