I'm planning a deer & duck hunting trip to cerro gordo county and like any helpful info I can get

I am not far from there, and to be honest, there are a ton of geese around in fields (locals) other than that, not really sure what to tell you. Do you already have some ground? Or just tryin to get an idea? Otherwise, I am not sure on how great the hunting is, as I know a lot of the "good" ground is leased up... shoot me a pm if you wanna know more

I just moved from there. It sucks for deer hunting unless you can get on one of a few descent size pieces which would be tough. There seems to be a lot of geese around though at certain times.

I work there quite a bit. One thing overlooked is how windy it is. That would drive me nuts deer hunting in that all the time. Sure doesn't look like a whole lotta deer country but I'm sure if u had good private it would b good
