Getting a little worried

The other day I shot a doe that upon field dressing noticed the lungs looked funny. She also had green stinky snot drainage. Sent pics to co and deer biologist was to my place in a hour. They say its pneumonia and not to be concerned. The deer in my area are all coughing bad and must be infected as well. I have found 4 dead bucks on this farm in the last 2 weeks. No holes and two were in water. One dead doe found but she had been buried by bobcats so tuning they killed her. But dnr seemed a little concerned about tuberculosis being the problem at first with doe lungs. Any body else seen this? Warren county by the way

I have not seen any dead deer, however ive had two seperate deer with the loudest cough. Never heard deer cough that much before.
