Gobbler guillotine

I finally broke down and bought some guillotines. My question of the day is how to practice with them. Do I need to sacrifice one of them for the good of the cause?

I was planning on sighting in with 125gr field points, but I would sure like to see how these things fly out of my bow first.

Any tips from the experienced head lobbers out there?

Practice with a 125 grain field tip on the end of a full length arrow that has 5 inch fletchings. That's all I did and the first time I shot one was at a gobbler. It flew perfect.

Thanks Mudddy

I'll give it a try. I can't wait to try them on a bird

When you connect, try not to laugh.

I've noticed that in every clip i've seen with these things, the hunter starts to laugh, i thought they were a little twisted until i figured out i couldn't really hear what they were saying over my giggling!!!
