Got it done 1st season.

[Meat Hunter]

Shot a really good bird 1st season 1st 5 min into season.Set out a B mobile and 2 hen decoys.Worked the birds from the roost with a couple of soft calls and had 3 toms fly down out of the roost within 50yards and come running right pass one hen decoy to the B mobile.Had to wait for them to seperate and let the biggest one have it.
When I stood up after the shot the other 2 just stood there looking at there fallen buddy and a lone doe behind the other hen decoy.What a great short hunt.
Beard length was 10 7/8.
Weight was 27.5
Spurs were 1 5/8 and 1 4/8
My biggest bird to date.
