If you are willing to ship it, I have two world renowned gunsmiths/custom rifle builders here in AZ I can swear by. I know shipping firearms is a hassle, but these guys are some of the best in the world, literally. Food for thought.
Thanks for the info. What I would like to do is fairly simple. I lack the tools to do it, and am too cheap to buy them for a one time deal. I think I will keep looking for a local guy.
