On the Solo if you have the strap fastened to both tabs on top & hanging from your neck you are carrying it wrong.
You only fasten the strap to one of the holes on top depending on if you are right or left handed....the strap goes over one shoulder and across your back under your opposite arm and the hook of the remaining clip slides over the open end of the base.
