Hot weather crappie

My brother and I hit the farm pond at 6:30 a.m. and after catching this guy 13 inch. 1 lb. decided to call it a day at 8:00 a.m. (I know when to quit when I'm ahead). Took home 4 crappies and 2 gills for dinner.

Best place for hot weather Crappie is Truman lake in MO. seems like the hotter the better lots of quality fish also

That is a good eating size. We have to throw back any under 12 inches on the local COE lake here.
