I'll guess 3-1/2 because that to me is a lot of antler for a 2-1/2 to grow. The body looks to me to be a 2-1/2, but I will say 3-1/2.
I shot a deer during the 2010-11 late muzzy season that reminds me of this one. I am virtually 100% confident that he was a 3-1/2, but the body was more like the one I see in this pic. Some deer are just smaller and skinnier I guess.

2 1/2. Small slender body. I have a lot of 2 1/2 year olds with that size rack.

Has a body of a 2 year old and if he is holy crap he will be a big boy. Id say hes a small 3 year old.

This is a buck that i know is 2 1/2 years. It all depends on what you have running around your farm. and he is a giant this year as a 4 1/2 year old. So big I am not going to put up pictures till after I kill him.
