How's the gobbling?

I've been out to a few of my better spots the last three mornings and have heard a total of 4 gobbles. I was wondering if anyone else is not hearing the birds as much as normal? I'm hoping it's just been these cold mornings keeping them tight lipped, and not that I don't have many birds around this year. I'm in southwest Iowa.

Went out this morning and they were very vocal. getting close to go time:way:

Last weekend they were sounding off and strutting!

Went out last night to one of our spots to listen and I did a hoot owl call. First one had 3 respond then they just kept gobbling for about 5 min. Heard quite a few. cant wait!

Hmmm well maybe I'm in for a rough year.
