HS - Forbes family?

I was told their Missouri farm was for sale. It just made me wonder what they were up to these days. I know there was a tough lawsuit with Primos back in the day.

I am not in contact with them these days, so I don't have any fresh info. I had not heard that their farm was for sale, but it stands to reason...I think they have to be getting close to 80 years old now. Although it has now been 20+ years ago, I was at their farm several times, both hunting and putting up tree stands, etc. They had a lot of acres under their ownership AND leased quite a bit more too. You never saw so many does and deer in general. It was common to see 80-100+ deer in a sit...and that was true for all of the other hunters out and about elsewhere on that sprawling farm. They were NOT into doe management, at least in those days. :)

I worked there during the infamous lawsuit with Primos. Although not on the front line of the defense or anything, I had A LOT to do with the, ahem, clean up following that suit. Ugh.
