"Hunk" Update 7-31-11

I've posted several of pictures through the last 2 months of this deer as a good main frame 8 point with a sticker making him a 9 that is on a new piece of ground my girlfriend and I got permission on this year....it appears that he may have maxed out, but if either of us (hopefully her) harvest this deer, he will hit the wall for sure...he's too good of a 8 not too. :drink2: i think when he's all said and done you guys are right that he will be around the 145 mark...give or take a few since his tines aren't "balled" anymore...

6-20-11 - This is the first contact we with him...

6-29-11 - Nine days later and you can see the difference....

7-23-11 - After a LONG missing streak (I think he lives in the corn fields right now, there are 300 acres of them just south of the camera)....this is what he has turned into....

He's certainly letting you get plenty of angles of his rack !! Super buck.

He definitely does! We run that camera on a 1 minute delay taking 3 pictures a trigger. But he's not the deer that you only get 3 of at a time...he will stand there for an hour at times...so every angle you could imagine we have of this deer. As the summer has gone on though...he's mainly become LATE evenings or totally nocturnal...hes a smart old buck.
