i hope im not bugging everyone or hurting this site any by posting alot...has if you can tell ive got a very big interest in deer and deer hunting...my wife has been trying to find someone to take me so i can learn.. she told me maybe next year....been hearing that for years.....

You are not bugging anyone as has been stated this site is for everyone. You really need to go out and do it to learn it. As long as you know safety you can learn more in a day out in the field then a week listening to someone. Read a lot, get some good DVDs, ask a lot of questions and take everything with a grain of salt and get out there!

Get yourself legal to hunt & find some public land - go hunt. You will learn more by experience than any other method, but if you have questions just ask - that's why this site is here.

When I started turkey hunting in Oct. of 2003, I had a general idea of what to do & no one to show me. But when I got out in the woods I soon found out that hunting public land is not like TV. I have learned so much from those smart & educated birds.
Ya just got to do it, it's fun figuring it all out.

Yea, there is alot of big bucks but they all seem to have a built-in rangefinder and know what 50 yards from my stand is. This weekend they might get a surprise,i'm taking out the muzzleloader.
