Were about ready to order some oak trees for our property. Has anyone ever ordered trees from Iawisil Nursery? Any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks

Just about pulled the trigger ordering from them...never did tho. Also, the IA State Nursery is taking orders now and they have great stock. Just got the order form in the mail....too bad since I am out of state they do not accept my order till February. Would love to get the seedlings this fall from the IA State Nursery and plant them then.

Yup I ordered some cranberry and some hickorys from them last year. They were packaged very well and arrived right on time. The hickorys were actually quite a bit larger than I expected and had to use an auger to get them in the ground.

I ordered a mix in 3-5 Ft range of 200 Hickory, White Oak, Bur Oak, and Pin Oak. Very nice people, trees were were in great shape when I picked them up. I planted about a week later due to area planting has some standing water.
To date we are in a dry spell and have loss only a couple as of yesterday.

I also bought 5 Spruce 3-4 Ft and one did not make it and they replaced with a bigger one.

I would recommend them.
