IBA 3 question Survey
The following three questions are being asked by the Conservation Alliance, please give me your answer and a short reason why if you like.
1. Are you in favor of a license increase for hunting, fishing, and conservation stamps? These increases amount to a 15-20% increase. (In the past, the organization has been very supportive of license increases to keep the DNR solvent.) Please answer yes or no this question.
2. Are you in favor of habitat stamp fees going to pay landowners for an access program? This would mean that instead of buying public ground with this money, it would mean paying landowners to allow other people on their property. Please answer yes or no to this question.
3. Are you in favor of the DNR being able to increase the number of deer and turkey licenses, resident and non-resident, without having to propose the numbers to the Iowa Legislature? Please answer yes or no to this question.
