IBA meeting

I attended the IBA meeting today. Some of the topics that were discussed were the H.U.S.H. program that the DNR and the FOOD BANK OF IOWA are putting on. Any hunter can take a harvested deer to a participating locker and donate it free of charge to you to the Food bank of Iowa. You need to check with your local meat locker on weather you need to skin and bone the deer or just gut it out. You can go to www.iowadnr.com for details about this. There will also be a news conference on Tuesday to announce this. The IBA is supporting this program. Also there are some great incentives to try and recruit new members to the IBA. Any new member that signs up with the IBA before the spring banquet will be placed into a pool drawing for a brand new Matthews bow, along with other great top notch items. Also the person or club that signs up the most new members will recieve a free antelope hunt with Chuck Cureton and Ridgemasters Outfitting in Wyoming. What an awesome opportunity to win some free stuff. The MID-IOWA ARCHERS are also going to be offering some big incentives for thier new IBA member drive to be announced soon. The IBA is the only organization in the state of Iowa that fights for the rights of you and your fellow hunters. If the IBA wasn't around, hunting in the great state of Iowa would'nt be what is today. It's important that you as a hunter supports the only organization that is supporting your hunting rights.
Please let me know if you have any questions.

Thank you.
