Interesting option for Insurance Co

I just heard this on an am radio show and thought that it was an interesting option. The talker was discussing how the insurance companies are complaining about not enough deer being harvested and that it was cutting into the companies profits. A solution was suggested that since insurance companies give financial breaks for perfect driving records, and for kids who get good grades in schools, why not give an insurance break to every person who harvests so many deer.

I thought it was an interesting option. It wouldn't change my desire to harvest an animal but technically it would be helping both sides out.

Any opinions?
