Saw a lot of strange tracks in the snow on one of my properties this weekend. The card pull revealed the culprits...

I guess I got a neighbor nearby with a broken fence. Not sure where they came from. Gonna have to look into getting a bison season next year here in KS!:grin:

Lot of beef on the hoof....those tracks would have had me baffled too.

I ended up with one bent leg on the feeder, lucky that is all that happened.

Any laws protecting them there? That would be a sweet trophy with a bow and the best part you wouldnt have to pay thousands.....LOL besides the taxi bill and maybe a butcher.

Its hard to see in the pic, but he's got a tag in his ear. These are livestock. Would be the same thing as arrowing one of your neighbors cows, don't think it would go over too well. Lot of burger there though!:grin::grin:
