Wow, between what the Landowner paid, what the DNR paid, and the trial cost the taxpayers, wouldnt it have been simpler just to put up a 8' high fence all around the property? The 8' fences seem to keep the deer contained at Washburns deer farm next door to me.
I'm not sure exactly how valid his points are as he states "I'm not a lawyer" or whatever. Agree- he is long winded. So if you owned property next door and wanted to manage it as a tree hugger and allow no hunting, who has the superior right?
