Iowa bound!!!

Heading to iowa for a week long bowhunt.....it sounds like the bucks should be doing their thing and the weather is going to be nice and cool. We can't wait to head the truck north tomorrow morning and get started.....I'll keep you posted and we'll see if a couple of Arkansas boys can get it done.

Lol....believe me, we are packed for the deep freeze!!! I am hoping to do some all day sits, but I might have to get down for a quick warm up walk every now and then.

Lots of action this morning, mostly young bucks. Passed on 10 point that might have made 130", just didn't have the mass I am looking for. This afternoon was warm and the deer didn't move till after shooting hours, ended up seeing 2 does and a 1 1/2 old buck. Cold weather rolls in tomorrow, maybe that will get the bigguns on their feet.

Not too bad for the first day, come on tomorrow!!!!
