Iowa hunting laws

This is my first year bow hunting and I have been seeing a TON of activity and already harvested a doe-

my question is, with Rut starting up- can you use Decoys in iowa legally? I was going to buy that "miss november" to bring in the large bucks in an open food plot I hunt but wasnt sure if that is legal.

I had a doe decoy out last night and had a 4 pt come tight to it - nothing else around
